Close walk to great schools, shopping and the beach. No dogs are allowed. New members must be non-smoking. Participation is a must. Utilities are not included. Parking is $35 a month if needed and available.

If you would like to apply please fill in the application form and send it to the attention of membership committee at 2616 W Broadway. If you have any questions please email members@kitsterrace.ca. We are currently accepting wait-list applications for one, two, or three bedrooms.
